Memorial tribute screen at Bathers' Pavilion

A discreet 75-inch tribute screen playing a photo loop for a memorial at Bathers' Pavilion, Balmoral.

Memorial tribute screen at Bathers' Pavilion — Bathers' Pavilion, Balmoral

The challenge

A memorial is not the day for anything to go wrong with the technology. The family wanted a screen showing photos of the person they had lost, playing quietly on a loop through the gathering, set up cleanly in a beautiful room with nothing for them to operate or worry about.

Our approach

We brought a single 75-inch display on a floor stand and placed it so the photos sat naturally in the room, among the flowers, rather than dominating it. We loaded the tribute loop, tested it, and set it running before anyone arrived.

The result

The photos played quietly through the gathering. The family had one less thing to hold on a hard day, and nothing on the AV side asked anything of them.

Not every event needs a big rig. This was a memorial at Bathers’ Pavilion in Balmoral, and the brief was simple and human: a screen showing photos of the person being remembered, playing on a gentle loop while people gathered.

We set up a single 75-inch display on a floor stand, positioned so it felt part of the room rather than a piece of equipment dropped into it, loaded the photo tribute, and made sure it ran cleanly before guests arrived. The whole value of a job like this is that nobody notices the technology at all. It just works, quietly, for the length of the day.

We treat the small, sensitive jobs with the same care as the large ones. If you are arranging a memorial or a celebration of a life and want a screen, a sound system, or a photo tribute handled gently and reliably, talk to us.
