Corporate events
Corporate events that
earn the room.
Conferences, launches, town halls, sales kick-offs, awards, customer events. Sound, vision, lighting, live streaming, hybrid integration, and capture, designed as one production. Built so nothing on stage has to be saved from the back of the room.
The brief
What we’re here to do.
Corporate events live and die on the boring details: the second microphone that didn't fail when the first one did, the breakout room that didn't drop the remote presenter, the stage screen that switched cleanly on cue. We design the production so the boring details are handled in the proposal, not improvised on the day. Senior crew on every console. Backup paths on every critical link. The same standard across a 50-person executive offsite and a 2,000-person annual conference.

How we work
The way it actually runs.
-
Pre-event technical brief
We sit with the production team, the speakers, and the run-of-show. Cues, transitions, presenter quirks, video files, remote speakers, everything that has to happen on stage gets walked through on paper before bump-in.
-
Senior on every dock
Audio, vision, lighting, and streaming each have a senior technician at the console. Junior-only crews are how corporate events go wrong; we don't field them on multi-day or high-stakes work.
-
Redundancy on every critical path
Backup microphones, dual streaming encoders, redundant uplinks, on-site spares for switchers and laptops. The audience never sees the backup take over.
-
Same-day deliverables
Photography goes to comms within two hours of a keynote ending. Recordings and stream archives are uploaded the same day. Highlight reels follow within 24–72 hours, ready for next-week comms.

- Live streaming

Corporate event production — FAQ
Common questions on corporate event production.
-
Can you handle a multi-track conference with simultaneous breakouts?
Yes, this is standard work for us. Each room gets its own audio, vision, and capture crew, with one production manager coordinating across the rooms. Run-of-show is centralised, room-level technical leads report up, and the stream goes out per room with branded graphics. -
Do you handle hybrid events?
Yes, and we treat hybrid and streaming as two separate disciplines, because they are. Hybrid events covers bringing remote presenters and guests INTO your live room (remote keynotes, panel members joining from overseas, remote audience Q&A). Live streaming covers broadcasting your event OUT to remote audiences (YouTube, Vimeo, custom platforms). Most corporate events use both. We scope them together as part of the production proposal. -
What if a speaker wants to present remotely?
Remote presenters get the same treatment as in-room presenters. We brief them on the platform, dial them in 30 minutes before they're on, monitor their video and audio quality during the session, and have a producer in their ear if anything wobbles. They appear on the main screen, mic'd into the room PA, recorded into the session capture, and streamed live like everyone else. -
Do you do live captioning?
Yes. We work with professional human captioners for high-stakes sessions and automated captioning (with cleanup) for general sessions. Captions can be embedded in the stream, displayed on a side screen for the in-room audience, or both. We scope this in the proposal, the right choice depends on the audience, the platform, and the budget. -
How do you handle presenter PowerPoint, video clips, and Q&A?
Decks live on a dedicated playback machine connected to the main stage switcher, never on the presenter's laptop, never on USB sticks plugged in on the day. Video clips are pre-loaded and tested. Q&A microphones (boom-stand or roving wireless) are set up in advance with audio runners trained to position them correctly. For hybrid events we route remote audience questions through the same channel. -
Can you stream to a custom platform, not just YouTube?
Yes. We routinely stream to Zoom Webinars, Teams Live Events, Vimeo, custom RTMP destinations, and bespoke conference platforms. The streaming director handles the encoding, the destinations, the failover paths, and the platform-specific quirks (chat moderation, attendee gates, recording downloads). -
What's the difference between a corporate event of 100 people and 1,000?
The room changes, the signal complexity changes, the crew count changes, the backup path count changes. A 100-person event might run with a 3-person crew; a 1,000-person multi-day might run with 12–15. The proposal scales accordingly, we don't run a small event with a big-event quote, or vice versa. -
Can you provide photography and video capture alongside the AV production?
Yes. Event capture is one of our services, typically bundled with corporate work so the camera team and the production team are on the same brief, the same run-of-show, and the same backup plan. Cleaner deliverables, less coordination overhead for your team, one contact for the comms-day-after.
