Over 200 acres with 15 indoor and outdoor event spaces, hosting conferences (capacity to 2,030 theatre), gala dinners (up to 1,500 banquet, 3,000 cocktail), product launches, awards, and large-scale corporate days. Trackside views, cityscape backdrop, dedicated event AV support.

Royal Randwick has substantial in-house AV through the Australian Turf Club. We augment for broadcast-grade streaming, large-format LED, designed lighting, and multi-room synchronised content. The Ballroom's five-way division means PA design has to anticipate the room configuration locked at contract — late changes during bump-in are expensive.
