Privacy & registration

Event enquiries

We use the details you send us to respond to your enquiry and discuss your event. Only your name and email address are required. The enquiry form sends your details securely to our private database, hosted by Cloudflare, where authorised Studio AV staff can review them. We do not add you to marketing lists when you make an enquiry.

We also use limited technical information to protect the form against spam and repeated submissions. You can contact us by email instead of using the form.

Video registration

Each video page explains which details are collected and why. Fields marked as required must be completed when registering. Where registration is optional, you can choose to continue without providing your details.

Submitted details are stored in a private database for event administration. The notice on the video page identifies any event organiser with whom those details will be shared. Marketing permission, when offered, is a separate optional choice; leaving it unchecked does not prevent access.

Video providers and access cookies

The video player is loaded from YouTube or Vimeo after access is granted. Those providers receive technical information when the player loads and handle it under their own privacy policies. Video pages do not load our website analytics.

A short-lived access cookie allows you to revisit the same video without repeating the registration step for up to 12 hours. It does not contain your name, email address or form answers. Clearing cookies or changes to the event page may require you to register again.

Questions about your details

To ask about information you have provided, request a correction or deletion, or change your marketing preference, email hello@studioav.au. Include the event or video page name so we can locate the relevant record.
